Ocean Partners is a boutique merchant bank and private family office.
In addition to providing investment banking advice to local companies and foreign companies seeking to invest in New Zealand, Ocean Partners provides corporate finance and investment management advisory services to a number of high net worth individuals and family groups.
Our senior team members have significant experience, having worked for international advisory firms and blue chip corporate companies.
Our aim is to provide a level of service and partnering structure to all New Zealand companies which has traditionally been reserved for only the largest private equity firms and corporate companies.

Advisory Services
Ocean Partners provides a range of corporate finance advisory services, including:
- Mergers - combining businesses to create a 'value of whole greater than the sum of the parts';
- Acquisitions - buying a business;
- Divestments - selling a business;
- Capital Raising - debt and equity from public and private sources; and
- Strategic Advisory Services - assisting companies to develop the strategy needed to see them maximise stake holder value.
Property Syndication
Ocean Partners provides a 'turn key' property syndication service for property owners wishing to sell their commercial, industrial or rural properties through syndication - incorporating all aspects of the process from documentation, marketing, sell down and investor management. Ocean Partners may act as promoter and offeror on property syndications.
Ocean Property Exchange ('OPX')
Ocean Partners has established and manages the Ocean Property Exchange ('OPX') - an over the counter marketplace that facilitates the marketing and sale of syndicated property investments.

Private Equity
Ocean Partners has access to a range of private equity capital providers (both funds and high net worth individuals) and is able to facilitate investments by private equity funds and make direct principal investments on behalf of our clients.
